Viktoriya is an experienced analyst and researcher and climate solutions enthusiast. In previous energy consulting roles, she supported M&A and litigation projects for electric utilities, leveraging extensive research and analysis of electric generation, transmission, load and fuel data. At Charles River Associates, Viktoriya also examined the pandemic's effect on electric demand for a series of white papers. Recently, she collaborated on a Nature Cities journal publication, employing relevant literature, data, and statistical analysis to demonstrate the impact of COVID-19 on global city-level climate action. She earned her MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and her BA in Economics and English from Georgetown University.
